To obtain a refund, at the end of the consultation all Doc On Call doctors will let you choose how to receive your medical report:

• Digital, in Italian, translated into English and into your native language

• Paper copy, in Italian

You will always receive an electronic invoice (not paper), valid for reimbursement purposes.

 

Moreover, Doc On Call will always be available to assist you even after your visit, providing any additional documents required by your insurance company to help speed up your refund process.
