Our private medical service offers personalized, prompt, and professional care — both in person and online — to patients of all nationalities. Fees vary depending on the type of service and the patient’s country of origin, as this may affect administrative and insurance requirements.

Current Fees:

• Day Medical Visit – EU Citizens: €250

• Day Medical Visit – Non-EU Citizens: €350
   

• Online Medical Consultation (Telemedicine) available 24/7:
  with the possibility of issuing digital prescriptions and certificates

  • €119 from 8:00 to 21:00 

  • €169 from 21:00 to 8:00

• Pediatric Online Medical Consultation (Telemedicine): The pediatric telemedicine consultation has a fixed cost of €182, available 7 days a week.

• Night Medical Visit – EU Citizens: €350

• Night Medical Visit – Non-EU Citizens: €450

• Day and Night Pediatric Visit – EU Citizens: €350

• Day and Night Pediatric Visit – Non-EU Citizens: €450

Please note: A mandatory €2 revenue stamp (marca da bollo) is applied to all invoices, as required by Italian tax law.

Why are there different rates?

Our pricing reflects:

• Absence of international healthcare agreements: Unlike EU citizens, non-EU patients are not typically covered by reciprocal healthcare arrangements, which increases the operational burden on our team.

• The medical-legal coverage provided by The Health Guard Srl for non-European patients involves higher insurance costs, which are included in the service fee.

• Administrative and insurance differences: Non-EU patients may require more extensive processing for identity verification, insurance coverage, and billing documentation.

• Additional linguistic or cultural support, when needed.

The online consultation service offers a fast and accessible option for patients who do not require physical examination or prefer remote care.

We apply these conditions in full compliance with current regulations, aiming to ensure transparent, efficient, and high-quality care for every patient.
