How it works

Four steps, without travelling.

From booking to receiving your medical guidance.

Contact us

Write on WhatsApp or call us and briefly describe your request.

Receive the link

We agree on a time and send your Google Meet connection link.

Speak with the doctor

The doctor takes your medical history and reviews symptoms, reports and available measurements.

Receive medical guidance

At the end, you receive a summary and any clinically appropriate documents.

What you can do

An initial medical assessment, wherever you are.

Telemedicine is useful when your condition can be assessed remotely and does not immediately require an in-person physical examination.

Ask our team

General assessment

Fever, cough, malaise, high blood pressure and other conditions suitable for an initial online assessment.

Reviews and treatments

Review of chronic treatments or clinical follow-ups when they can be managed remotely.

Reports and tests

Explanation of medical reports and guidance on further examinations or investigations.

Clinical guidance

Guidance on the next step or the most appropriate medical specialist.

Prescriptions and certificates

The doctor may issue prescriptions, certificates or other documents only when clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable regulations.

Clinical situations

Many health concerns can be assessed online.

Telemedicine is more than general advice. The doctor reviews your medical history, symptoms, current treatment, reports and risk factors, then decides whether the problem can be managed remotely, whether medication is appropriate or whether you need an in-person examination.

Acute symptoms and infections

Fever, cough, sore throat, sinus symptoms, digestive problems, urinary symptoms, allergies and skin conditions may be suitable for an initial online assessment.

If warning signs are present or a physical examination is needed, the doctor will recommend in-person care.

Weight management: Wegovy and Mounjaro

The doctor can assess overweight, obesity and related health conditions, and consider whether prescription medicines such as Wegovy, containing semaglutide, or Mounjaro, containing tirzepatide, may be clinically indicated.

A prescription is not automatic. It depends on eligibility criteria, contraindications, current medicines, available test results and the monitoring required.

Erectile dysfunction and sexual health

An online visit can address erectile difficulties and other sexual health concerns. When appropriate, the doctor may prescribe medicines such as sildenafil or tadalafil.

The doctor first reviews cardiovascular history, other medicines and possible contraindications, and may recommend tests or a specialist assessment.

Antibiotics and other treatments

The doctor may prescribe an antibiotic only when the clinical picture supports a bacterial infection and the treatment is appropriate. Antibiotics do not treat viral infections and are not issued automatically on request.

Antihistamines, antifungal medicines, topical treatments and symptom-relief medicines may also be considered according to the individual case.

Long-term treatment and reviews

Review of existing treatment for blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, reflux and other long-term conditions when sufficient information is available and the condition is stable.

Repeat medication is not automatic: the doctor reviews safety, effectiveness and whether monitoring or tests are required.

Reports, test results and next steps

Explanation of blood tests, imaging reports and other medical documents, with guidance on further investigations and the most appropriate specialist when needed.

An online assessment can guide the care pathway but does not replace necessary diagnostic testing.
Requesting a medicine does not guarantee a prescription.

The doctor prescribes only after confirming the patient’s identity and obtaining sufficient clinical information. They may request reports or measurements, recommend a different treatment, decline to prescribe or advise an in-person examination. A specific brand or active ingredient cannot be guaranteed. Prescriptions are issued under the applicable rules, and acceptance outside Italy may vary.

Clinical assessment

The doctor decides whether an online visit is sufficient.

A video call allows the doctor to gather information, observe certain signs and review documents, but it cannot always replace a physical examination.

  • Detailed medical history and focused questions.
  • Visual assessment of signs observable by video.
  • Review of available reports and measurements.
  • Recommendation for an in-person visit when necessary.
