A doctor home visit allows an in-person assessment where you are staying, when the location and request are suitable. For hotel visits, arrange access with reception and make sure the patient can be reached.
Clinical advice, prescriptions or medical documents depend on the doctor’s assessment and the applicable requirements.

How to request a visit in Rome
- Call or message the team with your city, address and a brief description of the request. Clinical details are discussed with the doctor.
- Wait for confirmation of coverage, availability, estimated timing and fee. Travel conditions can affect arrival times.
- Follow the booking and payment instructions. Have your medicine list, allergies and relevant medical reports available for the visit.

If an online consultation is more appropriate
